If I could give a zero, I would. We had this catering service provide food for an inservice at the local hospital. What was catered was: mixed greens salad and chicken marsala. The salad was only offered with one kind of dressing, but this was probably the best course available. The chicken marsala was a conglomerate of chicken with some congealed sauce smothering the meat. Im so happy I found Laurie Rich to cater my wedding on May 1, 2010!! She was such a joy to work with and always has the prettiest smile on her face!! Her food was absolutely amazing and her staff was so friendly and hard working. The beef wellington appetizers melt in your mouth!!! I cant wait for another excuse to use her for an event!
