I lived in a proprty managed by Laurie and Phil for 6 years. They had been exceptionally well and generous espacially during pandemic days when lot of people got laid off. They were very patient and worked with me to get COVID relief funds. They also didnt increase rent well after COVID years and when they did it was very reasonable. All the maintenance requests were answered on time. They are very kind and i truly believe them to be the best in the business. Do not hesitate to do business with them.
I wish I could give a 0. I am financially well off, which I provided all income verification, my credit report shows an abundance of positive accounts woth a decent credit score. These people didnt even have the decency to call me and tell me any response regarding if I was approved or not, despite me reaching out. I received a letter in the mail that I was denied and it said refer to paragraph 2, which I did and it said nothing about nothing.
