Laurie and Her entire office are incredible individuals, making sure our needs in a home, location, budget and all were met. They went out of their way to accommodate the desires we had for a home when showing us properties, stayed in contact with us throughout our whole home build, answered all questions we asked. Responded in an appropriate time frame, just an amazing experience as far as my realtor goes. Should we ever need a realtor in the future it will be the office of Laurie Neal.
Working with Tony and Laurie has been a dream ! Tony handled negotiations perfectly. He helped us greatly by doing a remote walkthru - and even came over to help get the pool into shape once we took possession. I would highly recommend the Neal team !

Laurie was by far THE BEST Realtor that I have ever encountered. And this is saying a lot since I used to be one. I have never met a Realtor (myself included) who goes above and beyond as she does. We can all learn a thing or two from her of what EXCELLENT Customer Service should look like. We bought a house in Arizona sight unseen as we were living in Washington State.
