Excellent and friendly customer service! We were interested to see the different options offered in the asrai garden ring series and the sales rep took the time to provide advice and and offer suggestions on what pairings would fit best. The ring we ordered came within the expected time frame, and is of very high quality.

My experience with Laurie Fleming has been absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking to make an investment in Jewelry. I'll start by crediting their in store staff as they were excellent and helpful when I went in to enquire about rings. Unfortunately, their bespoke team failed to meet, what I would consider, the basic standards of customer service.
