Update Based on Response from Store: To not take ownership about what happened during my visit is really disappointing and to blame me on not knowing "how the store operates" as a customer is honestly just embarrassing for a business. I recently visited the physical location of Laurie Fleming Jewellery to purchase a ring, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I went in with a clear idea of what I was looking for, expecting that being in-store would allow me to view designs in person. Instead, I was repeatedly told that most of their pieces are “made to order.” While I understand that, it didn’t really help me as a customer who specifically came to see available designs.
