Dr Chen is a wonderful oncologist. We find her very caring, compassionate and always goes the extra mile to make certain we are getting the best treatment available. We feel very fortunate to have her on our team!
Dr Chen is the best, and she always has taken good care and kept me informed on everything related to my treatments. The same goes to the staff!!!
Horrible! My brother had a biopsy on a Thursday & with no results back Chen called me on Saturday to pick him up from the hospital. I called the discharge office to see what I needed to do $ the lady in the discharge office told me that he cannot be released because they did not have the biopsy results back yet. Chen played dumb & still to this day Chen never answers my questions. When I ask questions she ignores my question telling me what a great doctor she is. She has messed up all his prescriptions & scheduling for chemo... read more
Let’s you go without telling you why or reason. Hard to get out due to epidemic.
She was very professional and her discussion was well understood to anotherMD
This office is about money I was refused treatment from dr Chen because she had not received my portion of pmt. I tried to explain that the insurance told me her office did not code my last visit correctly and they were trying to resolve this but she refused to hear it she sent the business office personal in to refuse me treatment I offered to pay 50.00 toward 200.00 bill (which I do not owe) so I could get treatment dr Chen refused unless entire 200 was paid she is heartless and doesn’t care.
Dr. CHEN LIES TO HER PATIENTS AND GIVES THEM FALSE HOPE, WHEN TOLD YOU WANT THE TOTAL TRUTH BASED ON HER PROFESSIONAL CAREER AND OTHER CASES OF THAT TYPE OF CANCER. SHE DON'T TELL YOU SO YOU CAN HAVE TIME TO GET THINGS IN ORDER AND TO PREPARE FOR THE POSSIBLE OUTCOME. SHE TOLD US THAT SHE COULD EXTEND MY HUSBAND'S LIFE AS WELL AS HIS QUALITY OF LIFE IF HE WOULD TAKE HER CHEMOTHERAPY MIX. WELLHE ASKED FOR THE TRUTH AND NO MATTER HOW GHRIMM, and 5 MONTHS HE NO LONGER COULD WALK AND PASSED AWA
My experience with Dr. Chen was by far amazing. Finding out you have cancer at 40 was so horrible and she knew that. She was the kindest soul I have ever had the chance to meet. She has a soft, kind, gentle spirit that makes everything you hear so much easier. I would recommend her a million times. I was blessed by her being my Oncologist and so will you.
Thorough informative manages all issues affecting her patients!!! Fucuses on patient and doesn't let family etc. Take the focus off of pt. Yet listens to families concerns etc. !!!! Has done more in Two visits than My prior Oncologist has in six months w prior Oncologist!!
