The support staff was very informative in answering my questions before and after the procedure. Dr Strapko talked to me before I was given the anesthesia to make sure I would know the results of his exam. This visit was a good experience. .
This Doctor is one of the Best Doctors I have ever had in my entire life.
The gals beginning at the front desk were so kind and patient with me…. Followed by the most efficient, interesting nurses and PA. I actually enjoyed myself!!! I could have easily spent more time with each one of them! The provided me the ability to chat and tell funny stories. I’ve always thought that the best medicine is laughter! Her attention to the details of lab tests gives me great information so that I can make changes needed to stay healthy. She allows enough time for me to discuss any concerns I might have. Her staff is highly professional as well.
We have met Dr. Gill once in person and several times by phone. Our daughter was with us and all 3 of us were very impressed with Dr. Gill. He is personable and listens carefully to our questions and answers them thoroughly. We were NOT there for the rare disease Amyloidosis that my husband hasWe were amazed at the knowledge about the condition Dr Gill had about the disease. I've been going to Dr. O for a couple of years now, after moving from a big city, back to small town home. I'm a menopausal age woman, and it was very difficult and exasperating to try to find a dr in the area who knows about women's hormones and menopause and...who were willing to even order a hormonal blood test, let alone prescribe me HRT! He was kind, informative and very attentive.
Rude, dismissive, uncaring. Brought up concerns about my mom and he shrugged them off. Had an appointment for an ECHO and reiterated concerns since they had become worse and I was rudely told by the tech, Ian, that this appointment was only for an ECHO, not for bringing up concerns and that Dr. Singer was not in the office that day although he was since the two of them had fun mocking out my mom because she couldn’t pronounce the name Ian because of her Italian language. Had a colonoscopy done by Dr Strapko. He was not my usual Dr for this but I was very happy with his bedside manner, his attentiveness to my pre and post procedure questions, and his thorough directions following the procedure. I would absolutely recommend him. Office staff were very friendly and professional. A good visit!
