I dont like the new system that automatically charges your credit card if you fill out the data before your appt. Mine was cancelled thru no fault of my own and I got charged for it. So I have to spend my time to contact them to get it corrected. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Not a good way to start my relationship with lifestance.
wonderful staff easy to contact, not difficult getting appointments.
