My intention is not to defame Lauren. My dealings with Lauren brought on financial consequences and did caused me much harm. I will file a formal complaint and seek legal counsel. My statements are facts I can/will prove. I would not recommend Lauren.
Lauren was very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good realtor.
If Lauren's comment about being in court were true why didn't she counter sue me to take this down if they are lies? She can't be trusted Never ever would I "knowingly" purchase a 70-year-old house. Within a year I had two prior contracts under Lauren one was for a 3-year-old house the second was for a new construction home which fell through. Lauren really came through for us! We moved to Madison from out of state and on a very tight deadline. She had itineraries and scheduling set up before our plane landed, toured 14 houses over 2 days with us and helped us see any issues or problems with some of the properties. On one of them she saved us from a very costly mistake! In the end, Lauren helped us close on our dream house - all in under 30 days from the first time we spoke to her to closing!
