My experience was pretty bad. She was rude and unfriendly, and didn’t seem to care much. I had to ask questions to get more info, and she barely even answered them; most answers were vague or made it seem like she didn’t know the answer. Plus, once the appointment was done, she basically just left the room without letting me know it was done so I was left there confused for a little. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Tran has no idea the wrong decisions she made had caused so much pain. She should be confronted by her office manager for the pain she caused. No return calls after causing pain, this makes her a very bad doctor. No compassion nor care for her patient, maybe she needs help to learn how to care and give compassion. There are many good doctors at St. Jude - warning "don't pick her".
Dr Tran is very thorough and personable. I was glad she was recommended by a friend. For some reason she is often on vacation, illness in her family was referred to? Denette Munchel, PA for Dr Tran; I will find another Dr before I’d see her again.
Dr Lauren Tran is a careless, unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. I Never and never want go to see her again.
I went to Dr. Tran two times. That was enough! First visit, she forced me to take a new medication which gave me a severe side effects. Second visit she did not have much eye contact, was verbally rude, did not have much knowledge nor understanding about the meds. Both visits with Dr. Tran, she was bad mouthing other doctors to me. I waited for about 25 minutes in the room while she was outside laughing, talking, having “leisure time" with her nurses. Very unprofessional person!
Dr. Tran is a very attentive, caring practitioner. I have never felt rushed or that my questions were not being answered. I have seen her as well as my teen daughter. I would recommend her highly.
1 star may seem harsh and maybe like an exaggeration, but this score is truly representative of my experiences with Dr. Lauren Tran. She took no time to listen to any of my issues or ask if I had any questions. I also had an appointment but still ended up waiting 2 hours anyway... Then I only saw Dr. Tran for 5 minutes until she led me out of her office so that she could see her next patient. In my opinion, this doctor showed no compassion to me and couldn't care less about my health.

I have not been working at the Westminster office since Jan, 2016. However, many patients do not know that I have relocated to Diamond Bar.
She is the great doctor and is the only one Ii saw in the past year. She cared for my illnesss and when I was out of work, she helped me with the drug program so I can continue with the treatment
She has been taken care of my son and he is very fond of her. and wants to continue being care by Dr. Lauren. He has autism and only wants Dr. Tran to care for him. He is able to speak and communicate only with her. I am devastated that when she moved out of Bolsa but grateful that we can transfer to St. Jude Heritage to continue with the care. The following rate is for the St. Jude office, not for Bolsa Medical Group
