I’ve been seeing Dr. Lauren Lefler for my care and she has been wonderful. She’s very sweet, caring, and really takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.
Love my doctor! She is amazing, went through cancer treatment, seen her for other problems after being in remission. For of an example, I called up there with a bad ear infection, she seen me within a hour of calling. I was in and out with a prescription to fight a bad bad ear infection. She really cares, very kind, highly recommend!
Finding a good primary care doctor is hard enough. When you think you've found a good one, this happens. For starters, I spent an hour and fifteen minutes on hold and hung up on twice. I had two questions. Drove there to find out my appt had been changed. Nobody contacted me. Sorry, but this practice is mismanaged and incompetent. Why should I trust my health to you when you can't even answer calls or reach out about appt changes
