I’m not satisfied by any kind of attention in this place, this shouldn’t be called a doctor’s office. I’ve worked in a doctor office before and this office don’t provide the professionalism you need and respect to treat patients. I feel disgusted from the ultrasound women to the medical staff in general. Don’t go to this office.
This doctor office has been the worst I have encountered in my whole life. I was supposed to meet Dr Huntress which by the way I NEVER MET. I came across this office by my insurance because I wanted a second opinion since I was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency and I have an enlarged vein behind my knee that has been hurting and bothering me to even complete my daily tasks. Update: Thought the Doctor would actually care about the poor performance of the people who work for her and reply directly to me. I guess not. becky from this office blew me off. Full Issue: It was suggested I go this see this doctor for a consult. I was told I should get a CT Scan of the stump before my visit but since I was not an actually patient yet, the doctor could not write the order. I called becky 3 times and followed up with several emails asking for the diagnostic code I would need to give to the CT Scan Provider... read more
Becky from this office blew me off. She needs to be terminated so she can't hurt anyone else because of her lack of caring and inaction. I just can't do it anymore, physically and more to the point emotionally. I have finally had to accept the fact it does not matter what I do, or who I see. I will be stuck sitting in a wheelchair for the rest of my life.
