Lauren Heights is one of the worst managed properties I’ve ever dealt with. Lisa, the property manager does next to nothing and refuses to address issues with absolutely pathetic excuses. Parking is an ongoing issue as multiple residents use the already limited parking lot as their personal junk yard for old, run down, non running vehicles. I live in the Lauren Heights Apartments complex and couldn’t be happier! The apartments are spacious and bright, providing a comfortable living space. The grounds are always well-maintained, with plenty of greenery that makes it enjoyable to walk around. The parking is convenient, and having a gym right next to my home is a huge plus. Lisa, the new manager is doing the best she can, I talked to her couple of times and she’s always professional ,there is some crazy tenants over here, hard to please everyone.
