This was my first house buying experience. I had NO idea what to look for/ask/care about. Lauren was always straight up with the facts- countering my innocent non discernment brain with nope, this is why. And the result? My daughter are in a dream home in a dream location. Communication was clear and quick the whole time. I wish I could buy another house just to work with them again. ;)
Lauren and Maria were FANTASTIC to work with. As first time home buyers (and folks who never thought we could ever afford a home) Lauren and Maria made it really easy and no question was too silly to ask. They find a terrific balance of direct honesty and good humor, and made the home buying process feel far less intimidating than we had expected. For anyone in Portland, but especially artists, I would HIGHLY suggest working with them and will absolutely be contacting them again in the future if we ever need a realtor.
Lauren and Maria were amazing to work with in buying our first home. After the first meeting, my husband and I said "either Lauren is the perfect realtor for us or she is really good at her job". Lauren and Maria are amazing. We were looking for something very specific and they stuck with us until we found our dream property. They are super dialed in with paperwork and process which made everything a breeze. Then when it was time to sell they truly went above and beyond and we sold in 1 weekend of listing for well over asking! Lauren is hugely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you get everything you need! Highly recommend.
