I had a wonderful experience with Lauren Elaine! I attended their Scottsdale trunk show and picked out my dream dress after eyeing them on Instagram well before getting engaged. Adam and the team were so attentive and accommodating. I was able to customize my dream dress that truly made me feel like a princess on my wedding day! The pictures don't even really do it justice and show how well it sparkled!
This place was incredible. I watched my friend customize and purchase the dress of her dreams! Adam was the person who helped us. He was amazing. I’ve never seen such kind, genuine, and professional care towards a bride. He took care of my friend, listened to ALL of her needs, was super intentional in customizing the dress to her liking, and was so patient with her as she decided. I had an amazing experience working with Adam and the team at Lauren Elaine Bridal Salon! I actually discovered them through an Instagram ad, and after they followed up with me, the process was seamless from start to finish. Please don’t waste your time on this “designer”. My dress was poorly made, came in stained, it was delivered 2.5 weeks late, the design was nothing like I expected. Adam completely quit communication with me after he instructed me to ship the dress back because the design was wrong and it was stained as pictured. It was also two different colors/ shades of white, super disappointing. The dress was over 3 thousand dollars and now I have to file a police report.
