I don’t understand the person who answers the phone for the medical line. They sound so stressed out and they’ve yelled and never resolve my question. The main nurse and doctor say to call if you have problems but we can’t get past whoever takes the calls.
Run!!! This young lady is absolutely amazing. Today was my first appointment. I was given Dr. DICKSON name by my insurance company. They said she had great reviews. I checked myself and I could see why. She is absolutely awesome. She has a great personality and ask questions. She listens too you and also ask do you have any questions before she leaves. Been coming here for years since 2021! She was the only doctor (after seeing many) who could successfully clear my skin so I highly recommend her. Very nice very professional and very knowledgeable plus amazing atmosphere
