From the first meeting with Lauren, we knew we found the right person for our daughter. Lauren is kind, caring and patient. She had all of the tools to guide her back to where she needed to be and regain a clear mindset. Not only did she provide one on one time, she also did multiple sessions with the whole family, which was great! She is great at communicating whether it be via text, e-mail or phone call. I couldn't recommend a better person. We will be keeping in touch with her long-term.

I highly recommend Lauren, there is not enough good things I can say about her! I was extremely lucky to get her name from someone in a coaching group I am in.
