Very good appointment, on time and very pleasant.
I specifically chose this doctor because she’s a woman and I felt more likely to be taken seriously by her. I have incredibly severe nasal problems that cause me to be pretty much unable to breathe at all on a daily basis. I went to see Dr. Bogdan, and shared these issues with her. As far as checking me out went, she looked in my mouth and saw that I was chewing gum. Dr. Bogdan told me to “just stop chewing.” I wish I could get my money back, as I am a broke college student and now I need to pay to see a different ENT.
The entirety of the staff from scheduling to the assistants to the doctors are all extremely professional and kind! Dr Bogdan is phenomenal and always listens to everything I have to say. She is patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. I always felt like my best interests were being considered, which is hard to find these days!
