I can’t say enough good things about Lauren Bedrock as a healthcare provider. I hadn’t been to primary care in 20+ years and came to her with multiple concerns. She took the time to address every issue one by one, took care of my issues. I really liked the on site lab and she called to tell me my results and how to address them. Her staff was friendly and efficient and I am surprised by how easy and comfortable she made the entire process.

Avoid this clinic and the Lauren Bedrock woman like the plague, unless you think a simple body check, that could be performed by any MA, and a conversation is worth $597. What happened was dishonesty at its finest. Nobody was upfront with me, and a routine appointment that should have been free of charge was not. Bedrock was clearly hyper concerned about getting paid, but I was dismissed on every level. She performed more services than I asked for and authorized, and she billed me accordingly. I was sad that Dr. Reddy is only seeing seniors now, but have decided to stay with his practice because of Nurse Practitioner Lauren Bedrock. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. She also follows up via phone when she says she will. That is rare in the medical profession these days.
