Once again in awe of the efficiency of the early morning clinic providers and staff! I was worried with flu season we would have to wait, and Dr. Hanson always takes the time to talk and not just treat. we have been going here for 13 years, and honestly I will be very sad when the boys out grow it.
Highly recommend this group! I have 3 children who have all been with them since they were born. Dr. Hanson is our primary but we have seen almost all of the doctors there for sick visits and we have loved them all! They are wonderful.
I have been taking my children here since infancy. My son is now 6 and we are so dissatisfied with how the last couple of times went. We waited over and hour for an APPOINTMENT numerous times and we couldn't find parking. Let me also say we love our doctor. He is amazing, but the unfriendly demanding staff, the long wait times, being TURNED AWAY at the "early morning clinic" this morning, no parking has me looking at other pediatricians. Best doctors, nurses, lab assistants, lab techs, and office employees, in the business. Been coming here for five years. Never a complaint from my wife, my self, or my daughter(unless a flu shot is involved). Plus there’s a really cool fish tank!
All four of my children go here and it’s always clean, friendly staff and I am always able to get the appointments I want. Dr. Siegel is awesome and very knowledgeable. All the staff are great!
Loved the doctors, nurses and front desk personnel. It’s refreshing to know that being a nurse and a current student in PA school that there are still people out there that care. However, the person at check out was terrible, I will bypass her when coming back. It’s unfortunate you have a bittersweet moment when having such a perfect visit.
