I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying OR renting a home in this neighborhood. The only thing included with the HOA is a pool, which is consistently not maintained. I have never had access to it, never received a welcome letter, and was never provided a key. I’ve reached out multiple times about this and have been met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Absolutely the worst HOA! Extremely rude on the phone and they don't keep up the property. They make changes without notifying anyone. Stay away.
