I have lived here about 5 months now. Love my apartment and the management are friendly and helpful. If something breaks they are quick to repair and fix it. Professional and polite. I’d suggest renting here to anyone. 7/17/26 I have been here a year and a half now and I just wanted to add the below comment. The Maintenance guy does an incredible job on the swimming pool , keeps absolutely pristine condition and the swimming area looks beautiful with flowers.

Laurelwood Estates' apartment buildings are somewhat run-down. There is one communal laundry room. The buildings could use some interior work. There is also plenty of parking. I hear good things about the apartment manager. It can be a good place for first-time renters.
