never sign anything for this place. Carolyn will screw you over and extort as much money as she can from you. She acts all nice and gives you paperwork to be taken off a lease but then she won't sign it. Even if you are signed on as occupant only she will find a way to screw you. You can be moved out for months and they'll still say you owe money.
Hello everyone! I wanted to tell you that this place has the worst management because of the lady working as a manager and her husband who works here as a maintenance. Their behavior is unacceptable. When I moved in here about a year ago and started living with some people who were already living there. Before moving in, I went to the leasing office with a money order and my personal information. Didn’t like living there at all. Apartment was outdated, insect infested, low grade and definitely not worth the money.
