Laurelwood Estates' apartment buildings are somewhat run-down. There is one communal laundry room. The buildings could use some interior work. There is also plenty of parking. I hear good things about the apartment manager. It can be a good place for first-time renters.
I have lived here about 5 months now. Love my apartment and the management are friendly and helpful. If something breaks they are quick to repair and fix it. Professional and polite. I’d suggest renting here to anyone.
never sign anything for this place. Carolyn will screw you over and extort as much money as she can from you. She acts all nice and gives you paperwork to be taken off a lease but then she won't sign it. Even if you are signed on as occupant only she will find a way to screw you. You can be moved out for months and they'll still say you owe money.
Hello everyone! I wanted to tell you that this place has the worst management because of the lady working as a manager and her husband who works here as a maintenance. Their behavior is unacceptable. When I moved in here about a year ago and started living with some people who were already living there. Before moving in, I went to the leasing office with a money order and my personal information.
