The folks at Laurelwood are legitimately top notch. I’ve known this for quite some time, but was moved to write a review when I had to send my wife to pick up a new chain for my chainsaw. She had never been there, yet she came home RAVING to me about the service she received...and she is a rather discriminating critic! Way to knock it out of the park again, guys!
