Dr. Ciccone is absolutely the best. We have been going here for about 20 years with our babies. Love her love the staff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.. thank you
Our Benson absolutely loves going here...what dog WANTS to go to the vet?! When she had an emergency they squeezed us right in first thing when they opened and made sure to walk me through it. There's nothing like walking in the door to hearing how much Benny has grown and everyone coming around the desk to give her love and affection.
Dr Ciccone allowed us to help our cat Duffy cross the rainbow bridge outside, saving her the stress of going into the office which she abhorred (no offense. She was a cat and what cat likes the dr?). We sat outside in the grass and held her in our arms while dr Ciccone and her tech came out with the injections. It was a very peaceful transition, outside in the beautiful February (60 degrees!) afternoon. I will forever be grateful that Duffy had a very relaxed passing.
Yesterday was my dogs first visit and everyone was so friendly. Will def use them going forward! Thank you!
I had an emergency with my dog and they would not see her. Finally I insisted and they asked for an $85.00 fee. When I mention that we have been going there since our dog was a puppy 9 years now they didn't care. I have not spoken to the Vet but I will.
