Amazing staff! I called today and was able to get an emergency visit for my dog who hurt his paw, they treated Fatboy like a king! And my puppy Eddie had his 1st visit over the weekend and they were great with him! Loved his puppy package!!
They are a very professional caring group! We had a wonderful experience with little Bob the Kitten. Dr. Mazzocchi was very nice and laughed and told us how large he thinks Little Bob is going to be. They explain everything to you first, even when you are given the estimate everything is explained to you before you sign, and they did a great job and called the next day to see how he was feeling too, which means a lot! 5 Stars!!!! Love Dr Pante’!! Easy to talk to, understanding and truly a pet lover!!! She takes all the time needed to help whatever my dog needs as well calming and answering any questions and concerns I have (no matter how crazy).
