I paid for a ticket to the Paranormal event on Feb 15th. I was lost when I got there. When i found the place, it was 9:09pm. No one was outside or in the ticket booth. I circled around the building and knocked on a few doors but still no response. I would like a refund. I spent a total of $75.20 for two attendees. I waited in the cold for over 20 minutes trying to see if I saw someone inside. No success. No one has reached out to me yet.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I paid $45 for the speed pass and it still took 2 hours to get through the line. Once we got inside, there’s another line that took 15 minutes. You walk through a maze of small rooms, and most of them had no scares...just inanimate objects. The few people who work there weren’t scary at all. They just say things like “move along” or “the exit is that way”. Very stupid and not scary at all.

My group purchased around $400 worth of tickets which included the escape room and haunted house. I was sorely disappointed in this attraction. First the escape room was awful. None of the sensors worked when you finally figured out the clues/puzzles. After you finish the escape room you go to a haunted house. It was very poorly done. There were only several scares and most of the actors were in street clothes and hoodies. Skip this attraction, it’s not worth it.

Loved their haunted house!! Was so scary! The actors were really involved and costumes and makeup were on point!! We went tonight, on a Thursday so lines weren’t horrible! They even had entertainment outside as your waiting. Highly recommend! I’d love to come back and check out the escape rooms!!

We have been to this haunt every year since it opened, and it just keeps getting bigger and better every year! The scare actors really get into their parts and are quite creepy sometimes. The sets are elaborate and very detailed. There are many confusing and disorienting parts in the mazes of rooms. Definitely worth the trip even if you’ve already been before!
