I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the current conditions at Summit at Westwood since signing the lease. 1. The pool has not been cleaned this summer and is in such poor condition that it’s unpleasant even to sit nearby. 2. Additionally, the front gate has been non-functional for the past seven months, which raises concerns about security and accessibility. 3. Every summer, the AC goes into emergency mode, but the repair process drags on for months. Please think before signing the lease.

The maintenance is probably the one thing I have no complaints about. Every apartment complex these days has pointless amenities that will be imposed on you but the biggest problem here is the property manager and most of the residents would agree. Marcos is an individual of questionable character who will try to intimidate his residents if he feels like he can.
