I spent 2.5 years at this place and it wasn’t bad at first but then just went to hell. The management company changed and it just went downhill from there. They charged for valet trash and pest control when none of the units were getting either of these things. There was a roach infestation in several buildings because they weren’t keeping up with it. I emailed about this several times and asked for pest control invoices as proof it was being done. That is how I found out it had been 8 months without any pest control service... read more
Just ew 🤢🤮 no good. They don't care about you. They charge you for a trash service that doesn't happen and take for ever to fix things. Sorry but never again.
AMAZING property and staff! Our team visited this community and got to speak with Kayla. She was so welcoming and very kind to our team. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!
Kayla and Stormy have been doing a great job managing this apartment complex. They have been working hard getting the complex looking better and trying to make The Summit at Westwood a great place to call home.
Josh came to my help when no one else could and quickly fixed the problem. I would recommend Josh!
