I agree that the positive reviews sound fake. When reading them, it’s unimaginable that Laurel Properties, let alone Pete M would be that considerate and eager to please their tenants. I don’t recommend renting from them.
I would not trust the recent positive reviews on here, they appear fake. This review is for Pete Medina. I can’t comment on the rest of Laurel properties as he is the only person I interacted with. I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Pete Medina. He is very untrustworthy. He approved me for his listing and said it was mine and I agreed to his suggested start date. He had previously suggested terms the owners would be interested in on the walk thru (for an example, sign a longer lease (2 years), pay a larger deposi... read more

I highly recommend Laurel Properties. Doing business with them as a renter has been an incredible experience. Pete Medina has been our agent and main point of contact, and his professionalism, honesty and responsiveness makes him stand out. The admin team is highly organized and a pleasure to deal with. Pete Medina arranged for us to tour an apartment last weekend. When we got to the address the day of he was a no show, ignored texts and calls too. A complete waste of time and effort. This place is probably a scam - watch out.
