Dr. Echard relieved my anxiety by exhibiting knowledge, competency, and compassion. He took the time to numb my painful toe before removing a portion of infected ingrown nail. He had a wonderful bedside manner, great sense of humor, and the procedure was over in minutes. His staff are equally great from getting me a sooner new patient appointment, ease of completing forms online prior to appt, warm reception at check in, and patient care during procedure. I would never go anywhere else
Probably had my toenails trimmed. I'm diabetic. Not supposed to do my own. Dr. Echard does them well and even files them smoothly.

Dr. Echard was pleasant and patient with me in how I explained my issue. He seems knowledgeable and explains things in terms I can understand. After three treatments and some good advice, my issue is resolved. Everyone there that I interacted with was polite and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend him for treatment of foot issues.
Appts were rushed in the 'custom fittings' for orthotics. Appts took months to be scheduled then literally all they did for the 'customization' was trim the back edges with scissors. Charged me $400. They didn't explain what they were going to do for the molds causing a lot of pain in my foot when she pressed down. Was told the doctor would see me for the 'customization' but the doctor never came in the room. The visit was a complete waste of time and money and I feel like I got robbed. He didn’t listen to anything I said, didn’t even come near my feet to look at where my nails grow into my skin. I wanted a professional podiatrist to cut my toenails properly but yet that didn’t happen. He just told me how the pedicurists should do it. Seemed dismissive and/or lazy.
