I just moved here. The landlord lady was awesome & nice. The property of clean & nice. I understand it was built in the 70's, not 2025, but it's nice & affordable. My only take is that we have to walk all the way out to the street for a smoke, which is understandable. So far, I haven't had any complains not needed any maintenance done. You guys are awesome.
Laurel Park Apartments are Fantastic! Kitty the onsite Manager and the Maintenance man are very friendly. Quick action with requests. Clean, modern apartments. Quiet and Beautiful. Pool Tennis courts, Basketball hoop. Spectacular! Love living here. I just want to add to our review we just signed a 3rd year lease here. Still Awesome reasonably priced Awesome staff! And we still love the pool tennis court laundry rooms. Oh another Awesome thing on CHRISTMAS We won a raffle for a free full ham dinner. I Praise GOD we are living... read more
Went in for a quick tour, management wasn't there for 5 minutes while I'm confused if they forgot the meeting. Got inside and place was still dirty. There was mold residue on all the windows between the paints cracks and the metal on the windows. Already lived in a place with a serious black mold problem, don't need to be sick again from this place. Skip for your health, and your money.
Save yourselves a headache and skip this place. There's nothing good to say about the management or the complex. There's also some sketchy people living here and a lot theft.
