Today was one of those days we with furry children dread. Our guard cat Oscar passed away this morning after a short illness. He showed up at our door and lay on our feet. He never met a stranger, loved Heather more than anything, made a great door stop, and guarded everything in our house with his life... the rest of the cats are wandering around the house looking and calling for him. Wonderful people and service! Unscheduled weekend need for a Shih Tzu, who was not previously a patient. They worked her in and were very attentive. Professional aspects of the care were also excellent. Thanks Dr. Pernell, Tammy and Lee!
First time visit was today, for Darla's annual physical, rabies booster, heart worm test, etc. Staff and Dr. Pernell were wonderful and very thorough. Dr. Pernell was able to calm Darla down very quickly, (as she is anxious at the Vet or groomer). Great experience.
