The man working the front desk is very unpleasant - I actually don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a poor attitude from a staff member from any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel itself is also not very clean and is outdated and cramped, but I will not be back after the poor service alone.
Tanya went above and beyond! Grateful for such a nice stay; we will be back.
This hotel is disappointing. My room was not cleaned once in 3 days—despite my asking for service over and over again—and the desk staff are apathetic at best.
Currently staying at this hotel, 6/20 in room 118, and unfortunately it has been one of the worst room experiences we've had. The room is located directly next to a public or associate restroom, resulting in CONSTANT door slamming throughout the day and night. A hotel stay should be relaxing, but the nonstop noise made that impossible. The lack of sound insulation is very noticeable and significantly impacted our stay.
