Very Satisfied with how warm and friendly all the people are, And my Blondie kitty is feeling much better
Just wanted to say I really appreciate the treatment my kitty receives. Dr. Fetterman treats him like a patient, not a job. We always went to Broadway because it's closer, but my Dad introduced me to Laurel Hill and the drive is well worth the quality. Plus they are very reasonable.
Staff was VERY helpful and fast! I was so impressed by their customer service!
Have always had great service with them the staff is great even when ya don't get such good news!
I have lived all over the USA, always had pets, I have to say Laurel Hill is the best of the best, the staff are great , always smiling , polite, comfortable atmosphere, understanding, and all the Vets are just wonderful, my dog always asks for Dr, Fetterman , ^ :) ^ my dog is very nervous around people especially men, however, he's a good boy with all of them. Thank you for being there ! Always an unmistakable diagnosis + correct medicine. (y)
Don't go anywhere else! Please. You will never find a more caring staff than Laurel Hill. They know how our animals are family and treat them as such. They care!
