RecommendedOur family extends a tremendous 'thank you' to your staff and Dr. Flora. We were overwhelmed with the decision to put Josie, our 11 year old golden retriever down. Your entire staff was caring and patient with us as we went through this process and we knew Josie was in great care! I broke down in tears when we received her ashes back in a lovely wooden urn along with a sympathy card, signed by all of your staff. It is comforting to know that there is this kind of compassion available to families with pets. Thank you! 🥰

I recommend everything. My two kitties had to be put down over the past 9 months. The staff could not be friendlier, the prices are very reasonable. Dr.Fetterman is the best- always very thorough, explained everything in detail, and genuinely wanted was best for my babies. We will miss him tremendously. I've been so touched by how they show compassion after I've lost one- from a sympathy card signed by everyone to the candle lit when euthanasia is going on asking people to be respectful. Dr. Fetterman is a great Dr. He's taken care of our pets & our alpacas on our farm for over 12 years. highly recommend
Have been going to them for years. Always felt they were over priced and now my dog is in need of prescription food as she gets bladder stones and they won’t allow chewy.com to deliver the food to me as I am disabled and can’t get to the vet. My husband went there to purchase the food and they denied him as well. Showing no concern for my dog only money in their pocket. There reason they need regular visits from me before they will allow me to purchase the food. Never in my life and I’ve been an animal owner for over 20 year... read more
Very nice caring people.
Been going here for years. They are all wonderful but Dr Lesley has a special spot in our hearts. She is always smiling and very helpful. Saved our def cat " Snowball" from certain death due to a reaction to Flea medicine that was shutting his body down. We wont go anywere else. 😊
Friendly courteous staff, the doc was great with Gunner. PLUS reasonably priced!
