This is a great place to live! I lived here twice in the past and spent 2-3 years each time. What I love: The quiet! The maintenance team! The turnaround time is quick for maintenance and they are kind people that don't treat you like a number. They are truly concerned about fixing the issue. They get to know you and wave when they see you. The landscaping is always on point especially during inclement weather. we recently moved into an apartment and we really like it here. It is very quiet, clean, safe, and the neighbors are nice and friendly. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, with large wardrobes and a washing machine with a dryer, the kitchen has everything you need, and a comfortable balcony for summer evenings. If there are any problems or something is not clear, there are always Carlos and Bohdan nearby who will always help with anything and that is very good. Great place to live. Matinance is great, gets everything taken care if swiftly. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Been here for almost a year and would recommend highly, specifically for 1st time renters.

I found Laurel Hill by accident while looking for an apartment in 1976. I was so taken by the place, I signed a rental agreement on the spot, and looking back, I'm not even sure I checked out the apartment I was renting. The way I remember it, the rent was around $200/mo., maybe less, with heat and hot water included. When I finally moved out in 1984, the rent was $247/mo.
