My daughter lives there and not a bad place to live but she reported that she has mold all in her bathroom and the ceiling is leaking and the only thing they said was they don't have the paint in to paint over it. Not even going to try and put her into another place to accommodate this issue. Now that's a health Hazzard and she has small kids. That's not acceptable. Maybe this is an issue for the health department. Get those lazy ass always riding on the cart maintenance people to work. Asap!
They don’t fix issues in your apartment…. When they break something they don’t even take the responsibility of repairing it correctly. People are constantly smoking in the units. Roaches are everywhere and you have to wait weeks for pest control if they’ve already been out for the month….Meanwhile the roaches are multiplying. Mold is everywhere from previous leaks and pipes bursting in apartments from the cold. Then to have someone tell you that they are not going to remove cabinets to clean up the mold is just insane.
