Excellent maintenance team. Very nice, knowledgeable, great skill sets, and respectful. Never a time that I called and they did not deliver an outstanding job. Quick to respond and open and honest about whats going on to leave you guessing and questioning the work that needs to be completed.
The maintenance team they have is wonderful. Brad is always very kind whenever I have any issues.They are very quick with getting it done.
The way these people treat their tenants is sort of scary... The house are cleaned and updated, but they just cause too much chaos constantly
Apartments were remodeled and washer and dryers were removed in replace of a community laundry center on the property. You can only access laundry Monday - Friday 9-5 because the system will not allow entry with the fobs we were supposed to be given after the completion of the laundry center. It has been months and the only progress that seems to be made is a sorry excuse to why it’s not fixed. Your only option is to do laundry when it’s 100 plus degrees or pouring down raining. Has been a great place to live, not perfect but the right fit for me and my kid. Hopefully with changes it continues to be a safe and peaceful home to us and everyone out here.
