Very Honest with their work and advice on what to do with your car. Very knowledgeable on the work. Very timely in getting things done. Always kind & helpful & patient & they don't yell at you when you ask a stupid question so people tell me. I've been having them work on my cars for at least 30 years & so have other family members & co-workers. Reasonable & fair prices. Always tell me when I might need new tires or routine maintenance. Especially the cute one!

I had problems with my windshield washer fluid not squirting the fluid. I took it to my old mechanic and was advised to take it to the dealership to get it (integrated switch) fixed. I knew that would cost more so I just figured I would just deal with it. I had another issue with my headlights and Laurel Heights fixed everything plus they showed me my serpentine belt was sliced in the middle!!! The guys there are professional and honest!!! They are excellent!!!
