As a new resident that works in property management myself, I will admit, at first, I was skeptical. I’ve never lived in Acworth. But, the property manager and the maintenance team have been a pleasure to work with through and through. Kimberlynn has been incredible with her communication through the entire leasing process, even waving to me on the sidewalk making sure everything is pleasant after moving in. Today I went to see the property which is very well kept. Seems quiet and free of drama. I spoke with Kimberlynn. She is so friendly and helpful. I hope I can get in in the next few months. Nothing is available right now. Kimberlynn knows how to treat and answer questions to the best of her knowledge. She is great.
Quiet and friendly
This place is full of it. I've been gone from there for a while and my wife still stay there. And the property manager KIM told my wife she had to go because she heard I've been there. Not only there there are several others that's staying there that's not on the lease that's still staying there. I have proof of if on my wife's home camera. Smh I will be reaching out to higher ups to see what can we do about Ms.Kim
