I recently had a very frustrating experience living at Laurel Glenn, and I feel compelled to warn others about this complex. First and foremost, the high employee turnover is alarming. Within 2 years there were 5 different property managers, the most recent one being Kimberly. First time speaking with Kimberly she was absolutely rude and speaking down to me. Maintenance issues, went unaddressed for weeks if even resolved and the trash dumpsters were always overflowing. Pest control was another major concern, no pest control ... read more
Been here a little over a year and we've had nothing but a great experience. We prefer to keep to ourselves, and like a quiet environment, and thats what we got here. Its nothing fancy, but this apartment gave me and my partner the stability we were looking for and it definitely feels like home now. Never had any issues with neighbors, or management.
Amanda has been great throughout the whole process of us moving.
Amanda has been the best property manager ever. She always made sure all my needs were met and her friendly welcoming has made it a real good place to live.
Frank Loving is the New Maintenance manager. He is Prompt, caring and very professional. Amanda Kelly is the Property Manager. Prompt, caring and very professional.
