My landlord is a lovely lady, neighbors are all nice. The buildings are old but kept up clean and efficient.
If I could give it zero I would. This lady does nothing to help us out. Our fridge is leaking & our door sticks a lot. She charges a lot for rent & to have a pet. She will make you pay extra money for her own mistake. I highly recommend to not come here. The lady is rude & unhelpful.
Do not rent from Laural Court Apartments. Coming from someone who is actually a very responsible and respectful tenant. From the very beginning the landlord is very rude and unwelcoming. I have filed a report on a broken door and have had the maintenance guy come and look at it and say we'll just see if it happens again. Well it happened again as we where moving out so i called the office and filed another report.
