I’ve lived here for almost two years and have had a great experience here. Honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The layout is great for a smaller apartment which makes it feel bigger than it is and the virtual tours show an accurate depiction of how the units look. The price is low compared to other places in the area. I’ve had no issues with bugs which is rare in Virginia Beach. Maintenance is great and responds to requests quickly.
