The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
