Alright I’ve lived there for about almost 2 years when I first moved in omg it was amazing great rent quiet place to live outside the gates is scary once ur in side it’s a different story everyone is kind respectful and never steals any of your packages left at ur door. Update: It's been about a year and a half since Laurel Canyon has gone under new ownership. In that time, the property has been given a make over, new paint, new signs, carports and asphalt currently being worked on. I am no longer the Onsite Manager as I am currently working on a remodel for one of our sister properties under the new ownership.
