I bought a pre-owned sports model BMW 550 and so far I am really enjoying all the features this automobile has. The salesman, Darrell Phillip, was extremely helpful when trying to decide between two vehicles. I also liked the expediency of the finance department in getting the paperwork done in a timely manner. When it was time to go and take my new vehicle I was waiting for more things to do or wait on. Maintenance service was great. Treated exceptionally well. Work was done quickly and had my car back in a couple of hours. Brandon took care of me and ran into my salesperson Vesna. It was great to see long time sales people every day. Car looks and runs great!
I was out of town and the check engine light came one in my BMW. I contacted Laurel BMW and was able to get an appointment. Brandon was friendly and got the car registered with their system. Since they had wifi, I was able to keep working and did not need to take time off work. Unfortunately, 4 days later, the check engine light cam on again.
