Laurel West Apt building management (Cushman & Wakefield) has gone from bad to incompetent. Fortunately for them this place has a fantastic location, reasonable rent charge, super nice, friendly renters, and are dog friendly otherwise turnover here would be much higher. The pool has become unusable. Same with the fitness room and lounge. They were torn down four months ago and have remained that way.
