Excellent Service since 2004 – Laureate has managed six properties for me very well since 2004, in central Denver, Broomfield, and Thornton. They are fair, they communicate well, have good customer service, and don't charge as much as others. They are responsive through email and cell phone whenever I have a question or a concern. Their people have all stepped up over the years when needed. The owners see the micro picture and the macro picture. I would recommend them highly.
Terrible company – I like how the owner of the company writes a review of his own company.... Epic. I doubt you will be in business that much longer with your terrible customer service
Excellent Service – Laureate Ltd is an excellent management company. Friendly staff, prompt service, and easy to ready monthly accounting.
Trustworthy and Dependable Service – I have used Laureate for the past 11 years to rent all 9 of my rentals. In that time, I have always experienced great service from them. They have gone out of their way to make sure that all of my units have stayed occupied and taken care of all maintenance issues that have come about over the years. Horrible! Extrememely Disappointed. – I hired this company to manage one of my rental property. By far one of the worst property mgmt company out there. Have had nothing but bad experience with them. Worst part was they took it upon themselves to renew the lease without my permission. What kind of legit and professional company would do that? Lesson learned! Will NEVER use them again. If I hear of this company's name again in the future, I will run the other way. Refuse to do any further business with them again.
Scum Lords – Imagine my suprise when after renting a home for over a year, I find in my mail a notice of forclosure. The home is Property managed by Laureate, LTD and I have paid my rent on time. Now the house is being forclosed on and these folks don't even have the common courtesy to inform the tennant that the house is being auctioned off. Thats so very nice...And of course you can't get ahold of anyone to find out anything. Messages left unreturned....GREAT! I'm very dissapointed !!!!!
Management Team The president of the company is a real nice guy. However, we choose not to rent from them due to the older son being very pushy and arrogant. And the front desk lady that was in the office both times that we went in was very rude. It is a shame since they do have some great rentals. However easily understood why they can't keep them rented.
Laureate is a good place to rent from! – I really enjoy renting from laureate! The owner of my property takes care of things in a very timely manor! And have encountered nothing but friendly service. Should be shut down – I have been in the multi family housing industry for 12 years, and have NEVER experienced customer service like the office staff at Laureate. First, the owner of my house is a friend of mine, they were hired simply to make it easier for him. With this being said, there have been SEVERAL times where they have told me something (such as they tried to raise my rent) without even checking with him first.
