I just moved to Laureat Las Olas from Boston, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Adam has been incredibly helpful with everything—welcoming us, answering all our questions, and making the move feel effortless. The building itself is stunning, with top-notch amenities like the rooftop pool, gym, coworking spaces, and beautiful common areas. The location can’t be beat, and the community already feels warm and inviting. So glad to call this place home!
Before moving to Fort Lauderdale, I toured A LOT of buildings... Laureat is phenomenal! Beautiful building, great location, well-maintained, and a super helpful staff. Adam was my Leasing Agent and he was wonderfully patient and understanding of the fact that moving is a big decision. He was available to me consistently and even reached out prior to the move-in date to see if I was all set or had any questions.
