Absolutely ridiculous and predatory behavior displayed my Laureat and their management. I received a $55 ticket from “Parking Professional Management” for having an expired registration. Fort context that’s who Laureat employs to write tickets to their residents. I’ve lived in plenty of apartment communities and have never seen a third-party parking company acting like the DMV and issuing citations to paying residents over registration issues instead of actual parking violations. We toured the Laureat with Nia and she was awesome, truly the best leasing agent we found in FTL! The building is really beautiful, unfortunately the apartment was too small for our needs but we would have loved to live there.
