Just moved in last week and I’m already absolutely loving it here. The location is insanely perfect—you're just blocks from Las Olas with tons of shopping and restaurants, and only a mile and a half from the ocean. You seriously can’t ask for a better spot to live. The staff has been amazing, too. Jonathan, the property manager, is fantastic and clearly actually cares about the building and the residents (a rare find!). Truly Exceptional Place to Call Home After relocating from Chicago to Florida, I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my new adventure than finding the Laureat. I’ve toured and visited almost every apartment building in the Las Olas area before deciding to move here, and this community checked every box. It has exceeded my expectations and has been an amazing place to live. From the very beginning, Adam, the property manager, was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He made the entire process smooth and welcoming. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking in the Las Olas area. In my opinion, it doesn’t get any better than this
