Let me start by saying Adam is one in a million! He made my move-in seamless and has been a great help since. The whole staff has been amazing, ,from the moment I walked into the building for the first time. A lot of property management groups could take a lesson or two from them. The building is so well taken care of. The pool, gym and all the common areas are beautiful. I look forward to many more years, living here. Thank you for giving me a great place to live
I’ve lived at The Laureat for almost three years, and one of the best things here is George and Zach, the concierges, they're truly welcoming, genuine and helpful. Unlike many apartments that can feel impersonal & cold they always have a kind word. They’re both just great guys The maintenance team deserves a shoutout too.
