Adam at the leasing office is fantastic. He's responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful from the first tour through move-in. Whenever I've had a question or a small issue, he follows up quickly and makes sure it's actually resolved. If you're looking at The Laureat, ask for Adam. He makes the whole process easy.

Adam (and other staff) has been incredibly helpful and responsive to us, especially to our needs as a new family. Adam in particular helped us find an apartment and guided us to get the right one for what we needed (and didnt mind talking to us after business hours). We feel at home. When we needed an issue taken care of it was done immidiately and to satisfaction. We needed some documents printed in a rush and the office helped us do so. I’ve had a great experience at Laureat so far. The views and location are amazing, the building is always clean, and the staff has been very helpful. Move-in was easy, and Adam was especially responsive throughout the entire process and helped with anything I needed. Really happy with the experience so far.
I have never been so happy living in an apartment building in my life. Adam, Johnathan, and Nia are incredible! The maintenance team is fast and professional. I love waking up here every day!
