From the moment we moved in, Adam has been incredibly helpful. We’ve lived at the Laureat for two years, and he has always been responsive and easy to reach, even outside of normal hours when something came up. He made our move-in process smooth and much less stressful, and that level of support has continued the entire time we’ve been here. It’s clear he cares about the residents and takes his role seriously. Because of Adam, living here has truly been a great experience.
***To my people that work from home and just want to enjoy a peaceful apartment daily I would strongly recommend NOT living in an apartment facing Cafe Bastille*** they blast music daily from 8am till 6pm on their outdoor speakers and you can hear it through your hurricane grade doors being shut. The leasing team has tried to help with this but the establishment does it anyways so my only option is to switch apartments to a quieter part of the building. Living at Laureat over the past year has been an exceptional experience. Not only are the apartments and amenities beautiful and well-maintained, but the staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Adam in the leasing office stands out for his responsiveness and genuine kindness—no matter the situation, he consistently finds a way to help, even when he’s out of the office or on vacation. We recently renewed our lease and are excited to enjoy another year at Laureat!
Living at The Laureat has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The team here has always been warm and welcoming. Adam especially goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. I will always recommend The Laureat to others!
