The team at Lauray’s went above and beyond to turn something around in less than a week to make sure we had it to make the wedding special. Elizabeth has been helpful with jewelry selection and maintenance from (non-traditional) class ring shopping, just because shopping, and milestone gift jewelry shopping. Gissell & Garrett have also been friendly and helpful as well.
Lauray’s Jewelry Store in Hot Springs was very professional when I took my Rolex in to be serviced. The associates were very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on my watch, they had to send to a Rolex company in Little Rock to be cleaned and serviced. I was very happy with their updates. I would definitely recommend using Lauray’s.
