Very positive visit with Laura today, 7/31/20. Thank You, Laura. I appreciated your care today. It is very important for me to feel respected and at-ease with my my primary health care provider. Compassionate health care really MATTERS. I felt much better about my visit with Laura today than I did after my previous visit at Carondelet in 2019. THANK YOU, Laura.

I was greeted promptly after entering the lobby and processed in under five minutes. Less than another five and I was escorted to the exam room for BP and pulse check. A couple minutes later Ms. Young entered. This was our first time meeting. We spent about 15 minutes chatting about my health history. She is pleasant, easy to talk to, and most important, she listened to what I had to share. 5 stars

This was my second visit. She is very thorough, I feel very comfortable talking to her. I don't feel like I'm being judged. I was little nervous because I hadn't been to the new office, but quickly calmed down once I was checked in, except for a little dry mouth.

She has been my primary doctor for a little over 5 years now, she is very attentive. She listens to all my concerns. I feel like my opinion is valued. She is definitely a team player when to comes to wanting to improve my overall life. I feel very comfortable talking to her about anything that concerns me. Overall a wonderful person and doctor.

Laura Young is pretty thorough. This was my first visit. She reviewed my prescriptions and history, but she needed more information and then scheduled a complete physical for just a week later. She seems very competent.
