very formal communication. very cold welcome. There is not the slightest positive emotion coming from the doctor. the necessary information has to be extracted by asking many questions, which irritate the doctor. I had several visits, and every time the communication was like this. all the other women in the office are very welcoming and friendly, but not the doctor herself.

I have found an OBGYN! Dr. Young and her nursing staff were fantastic & very personable.
I excitedly made an appointment with Dr. Young based on these reviews. I truly don't understand these other reviews, though I'm thankful the others didn't have the experience I did. Dr. Young did not introduce herself. She sat down and simply said, "How may I help you." I explained why I was there to see her. There was zero empathy.
