The staff is always pleasant. Doctor Williams is always pleasant and very informative and takes the time with you.

Dr. Williams misdiagnosed my wife's cancer. She proceeded with surgery but had to hand over the care of my wife after closing her up. When asked questions, when she came out of surgery, she dismissed them and said "I have other patients to tend to." Most disgraceful behavior. Is there no ethical standard at Tri-Star? or Sarah Cannon?
I am happy to give a whole hearted recommendation for Dr. Williams and her team to anyone who needs the services of a gynecologist whose specialty is oncology. I came to be her patient on the positive recommendation of my primary care doctor at a difficult time in my life. Dr. Williams was everything my doctor said she was. I have enjoyed my interactions with her and found her to be, not only very knowledgeable, but also very approachable. I love her team and the environment in her office!
Dr williams was kind and direct. I appreciated her thorough diagnostic process before initiating treatment. Everyone on her staff is amazing. Very supportive. And wow! They really runnin time!
When you have a diagnosis like this...it is scary. Thankfully, when I called to make my appointment; the staff was patient and friendly; which really helped me. At my visit, the staff were smiling and friendly which helped my mood. When Dr. Williams came in, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. She told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I knew I was in good hands. Post surgery...I am doing great and am thankful that I had Dr. Williams as my surgeon.
Dr. WIlliams performed my surgery in 2007 and also provided all my follow up care regarding my uterine cancer. I found her extremely competent and I never was concerned about the direction we were going. She was understanding of my questions and she was straightforward. She is the best in Middle TN.
I would highly recommend Dr.Laura Williams. The staff there are wonderful as well.
