I got to join an appointment with my grandma who is hard of hearing and Dr. Starrett was so kind and patient with her. Not only was she thorough with assessing my grandma's health, but she also took her time and actually engaged in thoughtful conversation with her beyond what a doctor normally offers. My grandma told me that is how it's always been in previous experiences as well. We need more people like Dr. Starrett, who truly care about their patient's well being beyond just the numbers on a chart.
